Radisson Trinidad Hotel is seeking to recruit individuals for the position of:

Guest Service Agent

Scope:

We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals with great attitude and work ethic to join our team who can directly lease with our customers in a warm and friendly manner at all times.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to both the internal as well as the external customers to the standards of Radisson Hotel
• Follow the procedures for of all services, processes and procedures of the hotel
• Welcome guests, register, assign rooms, allocate keys and establish payments
• Handle all guest complaints as well as injuries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Arrangements for guests services as required
• Assist wherever possible to ensure that the guest feels welcome to the hotel
• Any other job related duties that may be required

Qualifications

• 5 CXC Passes (inclusive of Maths and English)
• Certificate in Customer service
• Computer Literate
• Two (2) years’ experience in Customer Service Environment
• Experience in a Hotel environment would be an asset.
• Must be able to work shift
• Warm and Friendly disposition
