Education:

• BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related area
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint
• Training in Project Management

Experience:

• At least three (3) years experience in related field

Key Functions:

• Prepares all tachnical drawings for the Process Development Division
• Provides Civil Engineering solutions to projects
• Assists in the provision of technical leadership and consultation to project teams, clients and other individuals/committees of the council.
• Carries out field surveys and technical/environmental assessments
• Assesses training needs in local operations and plan, organize and conduct solution oriented training courses to address those needs
• Conducts literature review to facilitate process development work
