Administrative Assistant - Kingston

The Administrative Assistant wil provide support to the Marketing Director in the general; efficient handling of his functions, coordinating the relevant activities and performing the necessaryduties:

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Receive, screen, handle or direct where appropriate, all visitors and phone calls
• Manager the Director'sappointmant book and coordinate travel (overseas/local) arrangements
• Attend meetings, record, prpeare and circulate minutes
• Manage correspondence and formulate responses as required
• Maintain current contact information for busiess associates and stakeholder
• Coordinate and overse arrangements for events and meetings
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality especially to sensitive information throughout the Company

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifcations
• Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Good command of the English Language, team player, self-confident and assertive
• Able to work flexible schedules
