Warehouse Clerk (Kingston, Jamaica) - Jamaica Hospital Supplies

Minimum Job Requirements:

• HEART Trust NTA/professional certificate in warehousing and Inventory Management and at least three (3) CXC subjects inclusive of Math and English
• Two (2) years warehousing and/or inventory experience
• Driving experience an asset
• Must have an open general driver's licence
• Clean driving record is a plus
• Must be familiar with corporate and rural area routes
• Able to lift 50 lbs and more
• Outgoing personality, customer focused with excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizing and time management skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the delivery of goods when required
• Coordinating the receival, moving, checking and storing of incoming goods
• Selecting space for the storage of goods in designated areas
• Pack and unpack, stock, organize and rearrange goods in warehouse
• Packaging and labelling products to be dispathced
• Assist in monitoring stock by maintaining a manual inventory and reporting products at minimum stock level
• Ensuring items billed on the customer's invoice is exactly what is packaged for delivery, e.g. correct size, quantity, brand and specifications
