Description

We are a start-up multimedia and tech company looking for a customer service officer to join our operation team. This role would be suitable for fresh graduates.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all general inquiries, account status and technical concerns.

• Managing Company’s social media platforms.

• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face.

• Manage customer order entries.

• Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.

• Perform general administration tasks.

• Work with other departments.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with summaries on major issues.

• Constantly seek improvements in operations efficiency.

Reporting to:  Managing Director

As part of the supply chain process, Managing Director is responsible for all administrative activities in accordance with requirement of project.

Key qualifications for the positions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Diploma | Degree in communication/ public relation or equivalent

• Understand and can manage CRM (Customer relationship management) systems

• Able to type quickly and accurately

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule in a start-up environment

• Able to work independently while being a team player

• Punctual, reliable and with genuine concern to help customers

• Proficient in computer use
