Duties
• Providing orientation, information and interpretation on the natural and cultural history of the park and surroundings.• Working out of two visitor centres, performing backcountry registrations and providing safety information for backcountry trails and routes.
• Using an automated cash system, and completing sales reports
• Operating digital interactive displays to engage visitors in the new visitor centre in Haines Junction.
• Completing a variety of administrative duties including; inputting statistics, answering written visitor information requests/comments, completing inventories etc.
• Completing some janitorial tasks.
