ASSETS QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a post-secondary or professional diploma in a field related to the position, such as Office Technology, Administration or Secretarial.
Experience in preparing statistics and producing reports.
Experience in managing and monitoring the flow of information including following-up on files or information management.
Experience preparing documents such as letters, memoranda, briefing notes or reports.
Experience providing financial support services (services may include, but are not limited to, verifying and correcting financial claims, controlling and monitoring petty cash, preparing financial status reports, etc.).
Experience using an electronic document management system (such as Apollo, GCDOCS).
Experience inputting, extracting and reconciling financial transactions with an SAP equivalent financial system (e.g. Corporate Administrative System (CAS)).
Experience with cash/cashier handling duties.

Cognitive Ability - Level 1
Applicants must complete the Unsupervised Internet Test of Cognitive Ability - Level 1 as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses general problem solving and reasoning ability. You will have 60 minutes to complete the test.
