EAWs determine eligibility for assistance and deliver modern, consistent, accessible, and secure income and disability assistance services to assist British Columbians to overcome social and economic barriers to independence. Conflict resolution and interview skills would be an asset in this challenging position when working with sensitive situations and distressed clients facing a personal crisis.

An EAW provide services in either a face-to-face, or virtual office environment.  Services may be provided over the phone, face to face, or through the Ministry’s self-serve portal.
