ServiceOntario is looking for individuals to provide registration, incorporation and search services and support to the Service Support and Fulfillment Unit.

What can I expect to do in this role?

You will:
• coordinate and ensure efficient registration, renewal and incorporation services for numerous internal and external clients by reviewing the acceptability and completeness of incorporation and registration requests according to relevant Acts and regulations
• maintain a document control system for all registrations, articles and applications
• provide search services, collect registration and service fees, and enter payment amounts into electronic database and reconcile cash report totals
• act as liaison with internal and external clients and respond to inquiries and requests for information

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

• You are proficient in English and advanced level oral and written French (for the bilingual positions only)

Technical Expertise

• you are able to interpret and apply relevant sections of Acts and regulations to process registration and incorporation requests and provide advice and assistance to clients
• you have knowledge of arithmetic to collect registration and service fees, reconcile monies and report discrepancies

Analytical and Judgement Skills

• you have analytical skills to set-up and maintain an accurate control system of incoming/outgoing/pending files
• you have judgement and evaluative skills to review documents for completeness, accuracy and conformity with applicable Acts and regulations

Organizational Skills

• you have organizational skills to prioritize own tasks and meet deadlines

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• you are able to work independently and/or in a team environment
• you have oral communication and interpersonal skills to act as a primary liaison with internal and external clients
• you have written communication skills to respond to inquiries and prepare correspondence and reports

Computer Skills

• you have keyboarding skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, customized databases, and Intranet/Internet
• you have knowledge of microfilm equipment to read, retrieve and print documents
