Lewy Body Dementia (LBD) is a progressive disorder that impacts the brain’s normal functioning which can lead to difficulty with thinking, movement, behavior, and mood. As LBD progresses, it can impact an individual’s ability to complete activities of daily living and instrumental activities of living. Good lighting, grab bars, and ensuring walkways are clear can reduce the risk of falls.
