M Squared Creative Studios is looking for a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team in the position of Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications, experience and competencies required:

• Studies/training in Secretarial, Sales/Marketing or Business related areas
• Two plus (2+) years of hands-on administrative support experience
• High level of organization, accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel a must
•  knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
