Customer Service Representatives

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing quality and sales service to clients
• Developing new business sales opportunities and providing complete and appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets
• Meet and exceed monthly sales target set by sales management

Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales and customer service 
• Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent /minimum five (5) CSEC subjects 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the construction and design industry would be an asset
• Experience in Marketing and selling home finishing products such as flooring, roofing, plumbing supplies, kitchen, lighting fixtures, furniture and Home Decor would be an asset

Knowledge, Skills an Abilities:

• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• A dynamic and persuasive personality
• Have the ability to work on own initiative and be creative
• Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate orally and in writing
