Qualified applicants are being invited to submit applications for the following positions:

Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is required to support the warehouse system by coordinating the movement of stock to ensure that adequate supply of each product is available to supply the market in order to maximize sales. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset/competencies:

• Working knowledge of warehouse software, stock taking and inventory control
• Sound knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures
• Sound knowledge of safety policies and practices
• Basic knowledge of related accounting procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare production schedules based on sales farcast
• Maintain adequate stock of finished goods
• Ensure that the stock inventory system is updated and that physical inventory counts are conducted
• Conduct variance analysis and other related reports
• Coordinates the importation of finished products and raw material which includes preparation of freight/duty, import permits, haulage and custom brokers payments
• Supervise the warehouse team

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Sc. degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any other related field from a recognized institution
• At least two (2) years experience in a similar position preferably in a manufacturing environment
