Are you a detail oriented and meticulous individual? Well, if you love cars, not afraid to get your hands dirty and have experience in managing a Body Shop we need to hear from you.

Job Summary:
The Body Shop Manager must be proficient in body shop maintenance operations and will coordinate the work flow of the team members responsible for performing vehicle body repairs as well as provide technical advice, verify documentation and monitor quality of work to ensure that the company as well as the manufacturer's standards are maintained. The Group Body Shop Manager will supervise the ordering and purchasing of parts for repairs to vehicles whilst adhering to the company's standards and procedures.

Among the duties and responsibilities attached to this position are:

• Scheduling and supervising the work of team members in the body shop
• Set up Standard Operating Procedures and ensure they are adhered to
• Following up on all work done to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business to the dealership
• Evaluating all vehicles brought to the body shop for repairs to ensure that proper estimates and realistic timelines for repairs are given
• Maintaining a proper inventory of tools and equipment
• Ensuring that all completed repairs are in keeping with manufacturer's specifications
• Work with manufacturers and suppliers to develop training sessions for staff members
• Monitoring and resolving customer complaints
• Maintaining proper records of repairs done and parts ordered for each job
• Establishing and maintaining an effective business relationship with  insurance companies and adjusters
• Assisting team members in identifying and resolving problems 
• Assist in planning for expansion of future facility
• Preparing monthly report on activities of the body shop for discussion with the Group Managing Director and Group Aftersales Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Sc. in Automotive Technology
• Minimum of ten (10 ) years in a similar position
