Summary/Objective:
The Personal Assistant is responsible for overseeing and directing the administrative function for the Chief Commercial Officer by providing a high level administrative support.

Summary/Objective:
The Personal Assistant is responsible for overseeing and directing the administrative function for the Chief Commercial Officer by providing a high level administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CCO’s schedules/diaries
- Coordinate the preparation board reports, packs and board presentations
- Manage operational expense budget and prepared expense statements
- Conduct research, prepare reports and compose correspondence as requested
- Arrange meetings, record minutes and manage action lists resulting from meetings.
- Prepares all necessary Purchase Orders for related activities
- Maintain files, personnel records and correspondences
- Ensure correspondence directed to CCO office are addressed expeditiously
- Make transport and hotel accommodation arrangements for CCO as well as for visiting board members/senior level Group staff
- Maintain travel budget and records for expatriate staff
- Facilitate the Objectives setting and DPR process for Commercial Team
- Continuously seek out and implement measures that support the cost optimization/reduction for the business by developing and implement project-related activities to support same.

Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Management Studies/Business Administration or relates field of study.
- Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in a similar capacity and field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent capability to build effective business relationships.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively manage professional relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent planning, organizing and problem solving skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure, producing excellent results within tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
