DESCRIPTION
CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY LIMITED requires the services of a dynamic and self motivated individual to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor.

 MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision of the maintenance staff
• Establishing and adhering to a proper preventive and predictive maintenance program
• Tracking and monitoring the department KPI's such as equipment availability and reliability, overtime and department expenditure
• Ensuring that jobs are scheduled according to priority and are completed timely and accurately
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time
• Preparing periodic reports on the performance of the department

The successful candidate should:

• Possess certification in Mechanical/ Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar capacity 
• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Be flexible (Able to work overtime, shifts, weekends and public holidays)
• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. (Must be able to command the respect of his/her peers and subordinates.)
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have working knowledge of MS Office and general computer applications

Additional Notes:

• Experience with Project Management would be an asset
• In-depth knowledge of Instrumentation and Controls would be an asset
