INTERNAL AUDIT/ COMPLIANCE - MBEYA
We are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Audit/Compliance for the Mbeya Office of our client international NGO.
Position report to Finance Manager and/or his/her designate
Qualification:
• 5-10 years experience
• 5 years internal audit experience
• BS degree in accounting/finance
• experience with QBooks and mobile payments platforms preferred
• private sector and/or relevant NGO experience
• Good understanding of internal controls, ability to recommend and implement new policies/procedures
• Well-organized and structured personality, able to identify priority issues, to effectively communicate them to superiors, to discuss solutions, and to follow through agreed action
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English and in Kiswahili.
• Flexible, pro-active, self-dependent with strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a team
• Proven track record of integrity and attention to detail
