Hamilton Accountancy Recruitment Consultancy is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint Audit Seniors to its Dar Es Salaam office.
The Role
• You will build relationships with clients spanning various market sectors
• Supervising multiple concurrent engagements with professional staff and directing the preparation and completion of reports, accounts and financial statements
• Ensuring assignments are run within budget, time and resource requirements
• Mentoring assistants by counselling and assisting them in the management of all aspects of their work lives and in obtaining their career objectives
The Candidate
• Fully Qualified chartered accountant-ACCA/CPA or equivalent
• You must have at least 3 years External Audit experience from an accountancy practice environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
