VACANCY
Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:
  • Examining documents being submitted and advising customers of completeness or any corrections to be made.
  • Writing memorandum indicating amendments to be made to documents.
  • Assisting customers in completing registration forms and other documents and arranging for public searches.
  • Handing customers' complaints.
  • Administering customer questionnaires, surveys, and polls.
  • Maintaining a record of customers' enquiries and documents received and collating for monthly report.
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of reporting staff to meet agreed performance targets and standards.
  • Contributing to the development of the corporate plan and budget to ensure the department targets and objectives are reflected.
  • Assisting to develop and review department policies.
  • Preparing performance reports.
Academically, Applicants Should Have:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Public Administration.
  • Paralegal Certification (An Asset)
  • Training in Supervisory Management.

Experiential, Applicants Should Have:
  • At least three (3) years customer service experience in a medium sized organization.
  • At least one (1) year supervisory management experience.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Solid supervisory management skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • High professional and ethical standards.
