Large chemical company requires the services of a dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of:  Customer Service Representative.

Key responsibilities and skill-set includes:

• The ability to effectively interact with customers in person and on the phone by providing them with information and the assistance requested
• The ability to process transactions and reply to queries about products offered by the company

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity
• Be results oriented and be able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Vibrant personality 
• Knowledge of Accpac would be an asset
