Manpower and Maintenance Services Limited, a leading provider of Facilities Management Services, including commercial cleaning, pest control, grounds and landscaping services island-wide seeks to recruit suitable, qualified candidates for the following position:

Customer Service Representative - Kingston and Montego Bay

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimum delivery of services at designated client locations and maintaining consistent quality control standards in line with the company's contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary level education in Business Administration, Project Management or related fields
• Completed course in facilities maintenance, landscape planning, design and maintenance, and pest control management
• Three to five (3 - 5) years experience in a service business environment, facilities management and related services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• A reliable motor vehicle is definitely an asset
