Assistant Bursar

Summary of Job;

To be responsible for assisting the Bursar with supervising, directing, coordinating and verifying the activities of the Accounts Department.

Required education and experience;

• Associate degree in Business Studies/Accounting from a recognized institution or equivalent.

or

• Successful completion of the AAT - Technician Stage/ACCA Level 1 and one (1) year experience in government accounting or other relevant experiences
• Training in government procurement guidelines and QuickBooks would be an asset

Applicants should:

• Display good oral and written communication skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to maintain confidentiality

Senior Cleaner

Summary of Job

To undertake cleaning and associated duties whilst managing a team of cleaners.

Responsibilities include ensuring that tasks are done in accordance with the College's Operations Standards and existing Health, Safety and Sanitation Standards. Assist with maintaining a safe, comfortable and hygienic environment for staff and students.

Applicants should:

• Have background knowledge and experience in the field
• Possess good team building skills and be able to relate well to the different staff and wider community
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be enthusiastic and have a passion for success and be able to take on tasks of a challenging environment
