- Ensure all is in place for smooth operation of office
Customer Service duties:
- Knowledge of office and management systems, billing systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint specifically)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience in administrative duties
