Mavis bank High School invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the vacancy of: - 

SENIOR SECRETARY (OPS/SS3)

Main responsibility is providing secretarial support to the Principal.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Certificate in Administrative Management level 2 from the Management Institute for National Development (MIND), or any equivalent programme.
• Certificate in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution
• Five (5) passes at CXC/GCE 'O' level including English Lanaguage
• Minimum of three (3) years work experience.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in computer applications
• Effective administrative and secretarial skills
• High degree of reliability and confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive customer relation and interpersonal skills
