Office Supervisor (Port of Spain, Trinidad) - BBG Management Corporation

BBG Management Corporation has an opportunity for an Office Supervisor in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing quality customer service while maintaining compliance with all governing policies and procedures
• Providing accurate reports according to pre-determined schedules
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff
• Managing facility-related matters, including physical and personnel security
• Addressing and escalating any issues as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a related customer-service position
• Experience in a supervisory position overseeing a team of 8-10 employees would be ideal
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Fluency in English is absolutely required
• High school degree or equivalent
