Insurance entity is currently interviewing for a suitably qualified 

candidate (academics/experience) to fill the position of

"Management Trainee"

Description of Position

Incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director in providing direction, leadership and co-ordination of daily financial and operational activities.

Qualifications

(a) Academics: Degree (Professional Qualification) in Business            Administration/Management/Finance/Accounts.
(b) Experience: Minimum five (5) years related experience at Management level.

Required Competence

• Experience with Budgeting and Cost Control.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make change decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Competence in Computer Applications and Spread sheets.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to direct completion activities within established deadlines.
• Good judgement and decision making abilities. 
• Cost benefit assessment as a basis for capital/recurrent expenditure.
• Quantitative/Qualitative analysis as the support base for decisions.
• Ability to initiate and originate solutions to problems and challenges.
• Ability to determine and manage input resources and generate profit.
