Inventory Clerk

Applications are invited from dynamic, self-motivated and experienced individual to fill the post of Inventory Clerk.

Core functions:

• Responsible for controlling and maintaining the inventory of all products in the canteen, tuck shop, store room and other areas. 
• Maintain accurate records of all distribution, among other functions.
• Assist with the operations of the Book Shop.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Inventory Management and/or its equivalent.
• Have a minimum of CXC's (including Mathematics and English)
• Minimum of Two (2) years experience in stock controls and inventory practices.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food  and beverage service would be an asset.
• Be meticulous and honest.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good Knowledge of all kitchen operations. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
