Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff positions at Environment and Climate Change Canada with various linguistic profiles and requirements (English essential, French essential, English or French essential, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, bilingual imperative CBC/CBC), various tenures (indeterminate, term, acting and extensions) and with various security profiles (Reliability or Secret).Positions to be filled: Number to be determined

EXPERIENCE:
Recent* experience** using Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point in a work environment.

STREAM 1 ONLY:
Recent* experience** in the provision of accounting services within an organization such as the payment of invoices, billing, preparing bank deposits, processing travel claims or performing account verification.

STREAM 2 ONLY:

• Coordinating meetings;

• Scheduling and organizing domestic or international travel arrangements, including preparing and/or verifying travel claims;
• Providing human resources services and support;
• Reconciling financial transactions;
• Verifying and paying invoices; and
• Creating contracts and/or purchase orders.

**Experience in the context of this advertisement refers to the breadth and depth as well as the complexity of tasks that could be expected to have been obtained by carrying out the functions associated with full-time performance of duties over a period of at least 12 months.
