State Mall (Half Way Tree), Portmore and Spanish Town retail centres

The Supreme Ventures Group is seeking to identify ideal candidates to fill the positions of Customer Service Representative at our State Mall, Portmore and Spanish Town retail centres. The position will be responsible for the sale of our gaming, betting and lottery products, as well as the provision of exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Key Functions:

• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Engage clients and upsell the company's products
• Accurate processing of cash and credit/debit transactions
• Provides customers with information and updates on SVL betting and gaming products
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English
• Two to three (2 - 3) years experience in a customer service environment
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Strong sales skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with standard Point of Sale systems
• At least two (2) years experience with handling cash in high volumes
• Knowledge of and love for sports would be an asset
