Receptionist/Telephone Operator

Competence:

• In Telephone/switchboard operation
• In Reception/customerservice
• In Office Administration/procedures (e.g. filing, etc.)

Education:

• Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Office Administration
• Formal training in related areas of competence

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years work experience in areas of competence

Attributes:

• General appearance (grooming, posture, etc)
• Deportment (mannerism, behavior, attitude, etc)
• Communication (articulateness, fluency, etc)
