A reputable concrete company seeks applications from suitable 

candidates to fill the following position of

Maintenance Supervisor

Core functions:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the repairs and maintenance of the company's fleet. The incumbent will design, develop and implement an effective preventive and predictive maintenance program to improve efficiency, maximize equipment reliability and reduce operational expenses.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance from a recognized institution.
• Minimum three (3) years at the supervisory level.

Required Skills/Competencies

• Knowledge of Mack Trucks, Caterpillar, Isuzu, Toyota, Deluz Equipment
• Strong technical and mechanical expertise with engines, electrical, hydraulics, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Must display good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Troubleshooting and PLC skills.
• Must be able to plan, exercise good judgment and effective time management.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management would be an asset.
