Location: NORTH EAST -ST AUGUSTINE, TUNAPUNA, AROUCA, PIARCO
Job Summary

The Customer Service & Sales Representative will report to the Manager, Cargo. The successful incumbent will develop best practice standards for freight forwarders, coordinate and maintain effective contact with key customers, project and promote an outstanding image of the Cargo department to customers and support the Cargo Marketing Plan by providing computerised space bookings for both loose and unitised loads. He / She will assist in maximising space utilization and revenue prior to day of flight.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of (3) years’ experience in an operations and sales function in the cargo industry, preferably in the airline industry
• A minimum of five (5) GCE/CXC Ordinary Level passes, including Math and English
• Proficient in the use of MS Office especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of a Cargo Computerised Reservations System e.g. Super Cargo would be an asset

OTHER ATTRIBUTES
The successful candidate must:

• Be customer service driven
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Be able to work well as a contributing member of a high performance team
