• Assure that daily/weekly schedules are completed.
• Assure that work practices are within the guidelines of OSHA standards.
• Assure all products are produced to the highest standard of quality.
• Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
• Maintain work area to ensure that it is clean and organized.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.
• Perform other related duties as required by the job function.

Qualifications required:

• Ability to read and write.
• Knowledge of a Fish Processing Plant would be an asset.
