• Bachelors Degree in Education
• Certification in NCEL Principal Professional Program.
• Be a trained teacher for at least 10 years.
• Be a strong disciplinarian
• Exhibit high standard of professional ethics, values and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
• At least 5 years at the supervisory level.
