The Board of management of DeCarteret College High School is seeking to recruit a dynamic Educator to fill the post of 

Principal for September 2017.

Minimum Education and Experience requirements:

• Master's degree from an accredited College or University
• Diploma in Education
• Five (5) years in Teaching/Supervisory Position at the Secondary/Tertiary Level
• Basic Level of Computer Literacy

The successful candidate will be expected to possess:

• Leadership Competence, emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a drive to achieve results 
• Record of a high level of performance in previous appointments 
• Interpersonal Relation skills
• Human Resource Development Skills 
• Financial and other Resource Management
