Your Role:

The chief architect of our customer experience with direct responsibility for winning new customers and keeping all customers happy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record of success in a customer service excellence role
• Under graduate degree in Customer Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Digital Marketing Genius

Your Role:

To apply and drive creativity, originality in the development and direction of our digital marketings strategy and related campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity or related position 
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent practical experience
