The Mission 
To contact debtors by phone, persuading them to act quickly in making payments on their overdue accounts.

The Outcomes

• This position will report directly to the Collections Manager
• To manage all debtors, contacting and negotiating with at least 100 debtors daily
• To work consistently through calling and meeting with debtors and come to an agreement to pay on their accounts in full or monthly payment plan
• To exceed a quota of $4.5 million in collections per month
• Provide a weekly update on progress with debtors and promises in the pipeline
• Monthly reporting and updates of desk inventory

Knowledge Skills

• Knowledge of all Microsoft application (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Tertiary level education in any field
• At least 1 year experience in debt recovery
