SUMMARY: Compiles and maintains the required documents of prospective and new business clients.

Knowledge of:
Computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Ceridian, and Outlook; Basic computer skills including keyboarding and ten-key; Policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee handbook; Ceridian Payroll processes, policies and procedures; Basic payroll policies and procedures.
Ability to:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates the processing responsibilities of the Program Implementation Department by ensuring that all required documents are completed in a timely fashion
- Reviews documents for accuracy and completion
- Oversees Administrative staff in the coordination of logistics for client visits, as well as the maintenance of ETI contract binders
- Maintains new business pipeline report, and distributes to Senior Executive staff
- Assists in planning of marketing and sales activities (i.e. Tradeshows)
- Builds strong relationships with Team Leaders and peers
- Is open and responsive to consistent coaching, takes an active role in performance planning and goal setting
- Acts as a role model at all times and adheres to high ethical standards.
- Takes responsibility and initiative to develop core skills and competencies by being involved in every facet of personal development
- Is flexible in an environment by championing and embracing change
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Knowledge of:
Computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Ceridian, and Outlook; Basic computer skills including keyboarding and ten-key; Policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee handbook; Ceridian Payroll processes, policies and procedures; Basic payroll policies and procedures.
Ability to:
- Plan, organize and administer programs;
- Perform multiple checks of information to ensure accuracy;
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time;
- Professionally and patiently handle irate employees regarding payroll issues.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree from four year college or University; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as payroll, taxes, benefit premiums, discounts, interest, commissions, variable compensation, and percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Valid driver’s license or other Government issued ID.
