Job Title: Sales Support Agent
Location: Guyana
Expected Starting Period: Third Quarter 2017

Summary/Objective:
The Sales Support Agent is responsible for administrative and office duties of the Business to Consumer Sales Department. The incumbent will possess certain skills necessary to coordinate, undertake/participate in the day to day operations related to Consumer Sales, which also includes ad hoc initiatives and other relative project-type issues affecting the department. The incumbent will be responsible for the integrity of data, and will be required to perform related research/analysis, and evaluation to ensure the efficient development, introduction and/or implementation of streamlined systems and procedures.  

The incumbent will be responsible for the timely and accurate collection, production, preparation and analysis of various types of reports on an ongoing basis that is required for trend analysis and exception variances observed towards aligned achievement of revenues and overall KPI’s. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely submission of all departmental reports
  • The analysis, evaluation and research of requirements/options in the enhancement and improvement of systems and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis of SAC
  • Trend analysis on Recharge, Retail Channel data and escalation of potential undesirable opportunities for improvement.
  • Competitive analysis
  • Track, highlight, analyse, interpret all anomalies in sales data with recommendations for improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Actively identify opportunities/weaknesses to be exploited or strengthened as required with an innovative approach to resolving same.
  • Measure, track and providing analysis/reports of sales initiatives.
  • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Business Degree/ACCA/CAT Qualifications. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (reporting & analysis)
