Duties
This position is in the Nursing Service of the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital located in Hines, IL. The program support assistant will provide administrative support to the Operating Room Department DivisionManagerand perform clerical and assistant duties for the Clinical Nurse ProgramManagers; serve as timekeeper; prepare documents, correspondence and reports; maintain spreadsheets and databases; prepare educational materials; compilelile documents; receives incoming phone calls and greets visitors; maintains inventory and storage of office equipment; and other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
