Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with the scheduling of organizational programs; 2) Drafting correspondence including emails, letters, travel claims, and training forms in accordance governing policies; and 3) Maintaining a record system of all supply transactions.

You must have successfully completed four years of education above high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school junior college, college, or university. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts or an itemized list of college courses which includes equivalent information from the transcript (course title, semester/quarter hours, and grade/degree earned) to be considered for the position.
OR
You must have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
