Paradise Place Guest Rooms is seeking a Front Desk/Reservation Agent. Candidate must be computer literate, intelligent, proactive, adaptable, possess great communication skills and exercise professionalism at all times.

Duties will include: 

• check-in and check-out of guests;
• processing payments using smart devices; 
• overseeing housekeepers when requested; 
• all administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties required.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in front desk/reservations or HEART Trust graduate will be preferable but not mandatory.
