Duties
Maintains control of and accounts for whereabouts and safety of children and youth.
Assists in providing and leading planned activities.
Performs more simple routine child-care tasks.
Supervises children and youth during daily schedule of indoor and outdoor activities and on field trips.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
A one year probationary period may be required
Health and immunization screening is required
Qualifications
Candidate must:
-Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
-Be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Minimum qualifying education is high school diploma or GED. Proof of education must be uploaded at the time of application. Education requirement for Skill and Target level vary based on experience and education. Information can be found in this announcement under QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED. Conditions of Employment:

3. Physical is required.
4. Successful completion of Entry Level training requirements within prescribed time frame and demonstrated on the job competence is required before non-competitive advancement to the next level of responsibility (CYPA Skill Level 3).
5. Schedule may include irregular hours, evenings and/or weekends.
6. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors
