Pharmacist:

• Must be a full registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice by the Pharmacy Council of Jamaica
• Have a minimum of one (1) year experience

• Ensure that pharmacy standards are met
• Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Manager of Food Establishment:

• Must have degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UTECH or any other reputable tertiary institution
• Or HEART Trust/NTA training in commercial food preparation (Commis chef or chef de partie or cake baking and decorating or Sous chef or pastry chef/Patisserie level 2, 3 or 4 or commis chef level 2. Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UTECH or any other reputable secondary institution.
• Have a minimum of two (2) years work experience
• Possess a Food Handlers permit

Servers/Food Preparers/Handlers:

• 
• Have a minimum of Commercial Food Preparation (Cookery) level 1 or Bakery Chef level 2 or 3.
• Possess a Food Handlers permit

Cashiers

• Have at least 5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Word and Excel
