Duties

Prepares and serves food items which include, but are not limited to, hot dogs,
nachos, chips, candy, lemonade drinks, etc. Keeps work area clean and orderly.
Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and
makes change as necessary. Maintains related cash records. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

Qualifications

Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.
Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.

Conditions of Employment:

2.Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually. Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages. Certificate of Medical Examination required.
3.Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-15.j.(1). Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
4. ServSafe and Food Handler Certification obtained within 6 months of on-boarding.
5. Satisfactory completion of required physical.
