Seeking an experienced Domestic Couple for a semi-formal residence located in Montego Bay.

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Domestic Couple for a semi-formal residence located in Montego Bay. Experience in a semi-formal residence is required. This is a live-out position. Applicants must have experience in private service for all elements of residential amenities, managing trades and vendors, handyman skills, household inventories, home tech services and security.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the residence and property
• hands on participation for interior and exterior care to maintain high standards and efficiency.
• Table setting, food and beverage service
• Day to day running of the residence and property amenities
• Scheduling and supervision of trades/vendors/landscapers
• Monitoring household budgets and costs for vendors and trades
• Organize and manage household inventories, closets and storage areas
• Planning and assisting with entertaining for private and social events
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Greeting of guests and visitors, answering of telephone and taking messages

Requirements:

• Semi-formal private service, 5 star hotel or yachting experience is considered an asset
• Applicants must be service oriented and self-starters
• Practical handyman experience and management of trades and vendors
• Applicants should be energetic with a strong work ethic, strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs of principals
• Applicants should have a neat and polished appearance
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
• One person must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be legally entitled to work in Jamaica

Salary is commensurate with experience.
