The selected candidate will be responsible for the sale of gaming, betting and lottery products and the provision of exceptional customer experiences.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - (OCHO RIOS RETAIL CENTRE)

The Supreme Ventures Group is seeking to identify a suitable candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Representative at our Ocho Rios Retail Centre. The incumbent will be responsible for the sale of our gaming, betting and lottery products, as well as the provision of exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Key Functions:

• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Willingness to engage clients and upsell the Company's products
• Accurate processing of cash and credit/debit transactions

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong sales skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with standard Point Of Sale (POS) system
• At least two (2) years’ experience with handling cash in high volumes
• Knowledge of and love for sports would be an asset
