Telephone Operator

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Operating the switchboard (answers incoming calls and placing outgoing calls)
• Maintaining telephone logs
• Daily filing of invoices and sales receipts

Key Competencies:

• Excellent track record in telephone operating with a minimum of two (2) years experience
• Minimum of three (3) CXC subjects including Math and English Language
• Proactive and highly organized
• Must possess good customer service skills
• Able to work on own initiative
• Available to work on Saturdays
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Good telephone etiquette
