Janitor & Maintenance Attendant - Montego Bay, Jamaica

We are currently seeking a Janitor and a Maintenance person. As an integral part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the company's premises and its environs. Interested persons must be willing to work nights and weekends.

a) General Repairs

• You should be prepared and be able to carry out minor repairs throughout the offices that do not require a certified trades person, including plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting and other duties as required.

b) Maintenance

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the offices are kept clean and tidy during its operation.
• You will also be responsible for the filling in of any other maintenance duties in absence of the other maintenance personnel

c) Driving

• You will be required to drive the company's vehicle
• You must be the holder of a valid general driver's license, suitable for the legal operation of the company's utility vehicle, to carry out the task of driving.
