Customer Service Representative (Retail Sales)

Customer Service Representative (Retail Sales)

The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

• Providing quality products and sales service to Clients.
• Developing new business sales opportunities and providing complete and appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales target set by sales management.

Qualification and experience

• Minimum of one year experience in sales and customer service
• Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent/minimum five (5) CSEC subjects
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the construction and designing industry would be an asset
• Experience in marketing and selling Home Finishing Products such as Flooring, Roofing, Plumbing Supplies, Kitchen, Lighting Fixtures, Furniture & Home Décor would be an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of Point-of-sale system and Microsoft Office Suite
• A dynamic and persuasive personality
• Have the ability to work on own initiative and be creative
• Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills including ability to communicate orally and in writing
